The App I Wish I Had

Veloforge started from a simple idea: if I could go back in time, with the knowledge I have now, what more could I have accomplished? How much better could I have been as a player?

That question led to this app. I wanted something that could look at where I was, and tell me exactly what I needed to do — how to build my throwing programs, how to structure my strength training, what to eat, and how to put it all together. One place for everything: throwing programs, strength, nutrition, and mechanics. Every feature exists because I either needed it myself or watched teammates struggle without it. No bloat, no filler — just the stuff that actually helps you get better.

Veloforge creates personalized throwing programs based on your arm complete athletic profile. Programs include structured onramping, velocity development, competitive readiness, and in-season management phases. The app automatically adjusts based on your workload and recovery.
Our AI-powered mechanics analyzer uses computer vision to evaluate your pitching delivery. Simply upload two videos — one from the side and one from behind. The system detects key positions (foot plant, arm layback, release point) and analyzes metrics like hip-shoulder separation, arm timing, and drift. You'll get a detailed breakdown with frame-by-frame overlays and personalized recommendations to improve your delivery.
There are rate limits in place since the analyzer runs on cloud-based AI, but they're set high enough that the vast majority of users will never come close to hitting them. You'd have to submit a lot of analyses in a very short window to be affected. If you do hit the limit, just wait a few minutes and try again.
Our nutrition module calculates your daily calorie and macro targets based on your goals (gain weight, lose weight, maintain, or body recomposition), activity level, and body composition. You can log meals, track progress with weekly check-ins, and get recommendations tailored to your exact profile.

Yes! During onboarding (or at any time in Settings), you can select "Fitness Only" mode which gives you access to our strength training programs and nutrition tracking without the baseball-specific features. It's perfect for anyone who wants a solid training and nutrition app.
